1. The Process

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a follow-up email requesting your current information and any project photos.

Turnaround Time: Work begins once all requested materials are received. Standard delivery is 2–7 business days depending on your selected package.

2. Revision Policy ("The Punch List")

Your satisfaction is the priority. Every package includes two (2) rounds of revisions.

Think of this like a "site walkthrough." If we missed a certification or you want to swap a project photo, we will fix it at no extra charge within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because this is a personalized professional service involving significant labor, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

If you change your mind before sending your materials, a refund may be issued minus a 10% processing fee.

4. Accuracy of Information

The client is responsible for the accuracy of all dates, certifications, and project details provided. Portfolio Consulting BR is not liable for any discrepancies found after final approval.
